New component: com_phpmyadmin261, embedded with BioMambo for databse management
- Inspired by "phpmyadmin for mambo" http:/mamboforge.net/projects/mosphpmyadmin
- The originall version is 2.5.7, we upgrade the thin wrapper for ver 2.6.1-p3
- Administration backend only
- Configured for http authentication, login with mysql account

"Web Engine" componet
- Updated job run function, where auto-refresh wont require confirm window any more.
- Updated pipeline class, clean some non-class code
- Fixed a bug in tool selection by name pattern
- Fixed a bug where none protocol owner can run protocol pipeline job
- Fixed a bug in result page to initiate new job (introduced after previous mod)
- Fixed a bug in refreshing pipeable relations. Previously, when we
install/reinstall a xml file, we delete old pipeable relations before
insertion, which makes new pipeable ID each it is the same XML file.
This is not good always as the output table takes pipeableID as a
reference for piped relations. Now we record the insertion ID before
deletion and delete relations only for un-updated relations.
