回头看自己的Blog，从2003年在TLL使用MovableType，到后来转到Mambo/Joomla，直到现在的wordpress。比较起来，Joomla用在建站上值得，我投入学习的时间也没有白费。做博客还是Wordpress最方便。
写的零零碎碎，接起来确实六年的成长历程。人生的积累真是惊人呀。坚持实在是一种美德。

Site moved to WordPress
OK. The site has been moved obviously. The template is still default, but I have moved all the contents successfully using some tools on line, and with basic plugins such google analyst and google sitemap already available for WordPress. My site operation should be affected much.

Mambot Restricted access
After upgrading Joomla site from 1.0.10 to 1.0.11, I got a “restricted access” error when try to edit any mambot from backend.

joomla 的网站上提到版本要升级到1.0.11，消除4个高级别安全隐患。本站也同步升级。比较明显的一个改变就是PHP中的”register_globals”在控制后台被建议关闭。
BSQ_Stats component melts the mySQL server
BSQ_stat component and module used to be the major tool to track the users of my sites, but Jack just kicked my ass because some of my MySQL processes took almost 100% CPU. Command “show processlists” stated my site is updating the BSQ_stats’s table, and the process seemed to hang and messed up the system. Apparently there’s bug in this component. Anyway, I removed this componets and uses only Google Analytics to track the traffic.
Joomla 1.0.x simplified chinese (UTF8)
This package is derived from Zhang_yu’s GB2312 simplified chinese package. I simply converted from GB2312 to UTF8, so all the copyrights are reserved for him. You can download the simplified_chinese_utf8 language package for joomla 1.0.x here.
Installed mambot for “google analytics”
I used to add a piece of javascript for each template so that my site is tracked by google analytics. It is kinda tedious. Now there is a mambot for it. Though it is a french mambot, it is easy to use and really works 
Joomla rocks.
Installed joomblog to manage comments
Joomla is not the perfect solution for blogging (yet). It is just usable for. One missing the comments management and tracking by date. I have tried a few components to manage comments (e.g. com_moscomment, akacomment etc), but this one is the best. The Joomblog, current version is 2.1-RC4. I have submitted a few bugs and suggestions to the author. It appears he is quite responsivie for the development.
