年初的时候读了吴清忠先生的《人体使用手册》，受益匪浅。和太太一起每天坚持敲胆经，现在已经三个月了。效果极为明显。小腹的肚腩显著减小，胃口和排泄改善，实在太神奇了。每个人都要敲胆经！

泡药的体会
最近补身体要和药，是半成品的冲剂，由于有糖分，放在外面很快就结成了一大块。试了不同方法，用剪刀剪不动，用食物粉碎机几乎要把瓶壁打碎了，任何来硬的都没有成效，要么啃不动，要么就是两败俱伤。
但是如果放一些水进去，稍微搅动一下就化开了。
透视一个团体或者民族，越是重压或外敌，越团结。要想软化，只有包围他们，腐蚀他们，慢慢的融化他们。感觉中华民族现在的问题就是在这里。任何战争打不到，但是文化意识层面的侵蚀却足够摧毁曾经把我们紧密链接的纽带摧毁，民族就散了。
How to utilize 4GB physical memory in Windows XP SP2
For 32bit windows XP SP2, the max amount of memory it can use will be 4GB with /PAE flags in boot.ini file. However, due to some mapping and reservation, the memory visible is around 3GB in the property tab inside “My Computer”.
That’s annoying for people who actually have 4GB physical memory within the laptop. There a workaround to utilize the remaining 1GB out of 4GB physical memory by using the Ramdisk though.

Adsense not shown in Firefox?
My adsense was activated a few days and managed by “Adsense Manager” plugin from wordpress. Interestingly, the ads appears well on Internet Explorer 6/7, but does not work for Firefox. What’s available on the internet all suggests some javascript conflicts, however it does not apply to my case.
Where to find RMU.msi file?
In a recent system clean-up, my PC environment messed up with a pop-up installation window requesting for “RMU.msi” file. However, I searched entire google and cannot find the download for this file.
Applied for Google Adsense
This site has been online for 5 years, but I have not tried anything about adsense ever. The main reason was that I would like this site to be private and accessed only by my intimates.
