项目终于快批了
最近让我寝食难安的业务外包项目终于在管理层达成了一致，原本以为要至少五次来回，结果第二次开会就通过了。剩下的就是和财务部看如何做账了，毕竟数目挺大。

Temp fix in wordpress 2.5 for image upload
There’s a bug in flash-based image upload for wordpress 2.5. All the temp fix using .htaccess does not work for my site. There’s workaround to disable flash-based tool using a plugin no-flash-uploader. I am still waiting for official fix coming in 2.5.1

Communication with customer
- If the customer’s request is unreasonable, never argue in public with him.
- Agree with what he wants, and share all the consequence/cost related, ask him for decision.
- Avoid the technical details shared with customer, as they never care.
